Successful people ask better questions.
Go for Good is a corporate teambuilding competition in which 100% of proceeds will benefit San Francisco-based nonprofit Real Options for City Kids (R.O.C.K.). With so much success from the past few years, all participants were thrilled to continue competing every year.
On Friday, July 17th, all corporate teams will gather at a location to be determined in San Francisco. Each team will be provided with a superhero lunchbox equipped with a digital camera and video-enabled cell phone. Once all teams have been debriefed of the rules, the game begins. Right away, all teams will receive their first mission on their cell phone upon which they will traverse by foot throughout the streets of San Francisco to accomplish their tasks. Missions can range from videoing your team reenacting a video game from the 1980s to solving puzzles to locate a specified object at a predetermined location of the city. The sky is the limit. Once time runs out, all teams will reconvene at the initial location and all “proof” in the form of videos and pictures wil be displayed on a big screen for all to see. Teams will use their cell phones to vote on each mission as to who they believe accomplished the mission in the most effective and creative fashion. A point system is used and a Go for Good champion is crowned.
