San Francisco, CA – June 26, 2006 – San Francisco Visitacion Valley nonprofit Real Options for City Kids, or ROCK for short, will be featured on the third episode of “How to Get the Guy” airing Monday, June 26, 2006 at 10pm on ABC television network. Michelle, known as “The Career Girl” and a member of ROCK’s Board of Directors, stars in the six episode docu-soap following the lives of four single women as they attempt to find true love.

During the episode, Michelle’s background will be explored and will include footage of her volunteering experience in ROCK’s programs. “This is the perfect opportunity to highlight to a national audience the major impact a small nonprofit such as ROCK can provide to a community”, said Michelle. Growing up in Las Vegas with little money, her passion for the organization stems from the values she learned during her childhood having the support of family as well as caring adults in recreational programs like ROCK. Michelle said, “Because of these special people, I was able to do really amazing things with my life, including going to college and law school and becoming a successful trial lawyer.”
